Who is PlentyTraining Fitness?


I am Kamni Brown, L3 qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Therapist and L6 qualified practitioner in Information Advice and Guidance and I would like to welcome you to my private gym service.

I love keeping fit and exercise but I really dislike feeling under pressure in the gym feeling like everyone is watching, so I created my own gym at home in Potton, Bedfordshire.

Do you feel nervous about going to fitness centres? Or just cannot kick start your fitness regime? Have you started but not getting the results you want? Do you find it hard to motivate yourself to exercise? Tried many diets and nothing is working? The service I offer is confidential, non-judgemental and includes giving quality information, advice and guidance. This will enable us to explore your barriers and together set realistic goals. Through my expertise and experience of working with diverse groups I can enable, support and empower you in achieving the results you want.
