One to One Training

As a L3 qualified Personal Trainer and L6 qualified practitioner in Information Advice and Guidance I offer 121 training aimed at those:

  • that require particular attention to meet their needs
  • who feel nervous about going to the fitness Centre
  • that just cannot kick start their fitness regime
  • that find it hard to motivate themselves
  • that have tried including diets but nothing is working

The service offered is confidential, non-judgemental  and includes giving quality information advice and coaching. This will enable us to explore your barriers and together set realistic goals. Through my expertise and experience of working with wide diverse groups, I can support and empower you in achieving the results you want.

Training schedule

From marathons to just being a littler fitter or loosing an inch off the waist, I tailor your personal training sessions to meet your specific needs and fitness goals training can be as little or as often as you want. My aim is for you to have an enjoyable experience.

Introductory offer, first session £20.00, normal price £40.00. Block book 4 sessions for a discounted rate of £140.00.
