Chair Pilates is for anyone who struggles to get down and off from the floor focusing on strength and balance and improving your confidence to move. Seated exercises infused with Pilates to maintain /improve bone health and fall prevention. Working towards:
- Improving your posture and alleviate joint related pain.
- Maintaining independence
- Post-Rehabilitation after injury, surgery or illness
- Returning your body to movement
- Expanding your body awareness
- Develop trust in your body’s ability to move
- Reducing risk of fall
Chair Pilates for seniors
This is a rolling programme class that is run across one month with 4 or 5 session block depending on whether it is a 4 week or 5 week month.
