Active Ageing Pilates:

Active Ageing Pilates is great for you if you want to be more active or maintain your activity levels. The sessions will be at a steady pace focusing on mobility strength and balance.

Perfect for you if you want to return to exercise or don’t exercise and want to get more active. This programme will be at a slow steady pace working towards:

  • Improving your posture and alleviating back and joint pain
  • Improving bone density
  • Rehabilitation after injury, surgery or illness
  • Returning your body to movement
  • Expanding your body awareness
  • Developing trust in your body’s ability to move

Cost

Chair Pilates at the K shed: – £12 per session if you block book 4 sessions

PLEASE NOTE: All block payments are non-refundable.

Duration

Each session lasts for 1 hour and are held between 11.15am – 12.15pm on a Thursday and 10am – 11am on a Friday.

Pilates for seniors schedule

This is a rolling programme class that is run across one month with  4 or 5 session block depending on whether it is a 4 week or 5 week month.
